We’re one global team – 47,000 strong – driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world.**Job Summary/Responsibilities*** he primary responsibility of the West Coast Market Sector Lead will be to support and grow our regional water resources practice and provide leadership and guidance as it relates to our water resources services. In this role, the selected candidate will work with our US West Region Water team, collaborate with our National and Global Water teams, and be responsible for the overall vision and growth strategy for our Water Resources practice in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. The selected candidate will also function as a mentor to staff, manage water resource clients, and help support water resource projects and programs that may include or require:* Comprehensive water resources planning, design, and construction* Understanding of regional and national regulations* Relationships with regional and national clients and professionals* Design of water resources facilities including dams, levees, flood control structures, and stormwater management facilities* Design of pump stations, pipelines, cutoff walls, and earthmoving projects* Dam removal and ecosystem restoration* Seismic evaluation and risk informed decision making* Design of Green Infrastructure (GI)* Design of Best Management Practices (BMPs)* Low-Impact Development (LID) planning and design* Watershed planning and* Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) modeling.**Minimum Requirements*** BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership**Preferred Qualifications*** 15+ years of relevant industry/water resources experiences* 10+ years of leadership experience* Strong understanding of the local market**What We Offer**We will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
