Previous dealership and management experience requiredLeadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employeesEnthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workdayGoal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricingAttention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesQuality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skillsClean driving record & valid driver's license
