The Chief Product Officer(CPO) will report directly to the President of LocaliQ and will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s strategic priorities and growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Own and manage the product & platform roadmaps, in partnership with the executive team and strategic leaders across the organization. As a solutions company, LocaliQ has multiple delivery mechanisms - product, sales, marketing, and client success- all of which the CPO will be responsible for authoring in the product and platform roadmapsStructure and develop an impactful product and technology organization, building a strong bench of future leaders and current executors that are focused on throughput and deliveryOwn the company’s product strategy, guiding our key decisions on the products we build in partnership with key strategic leadersOwn and execute on the company’s platform, data, and technology strategiesCollaborate with leaders to connect the product & platform roadmaps with the overall company strategy, domain strategies, and key initiativesContribute to LocaliQ’s leadership team as a high-performance executive and teammateEvangelize LocaliQ’s technology prowess to help differentiate us in the market, and showcase our ability to win from a tech perspective

Experience
You’ve led both product and engineering functions, with a focus on large, complex, technical organizations (200 HC+).You’ve led product and engineering teams focused on building and delivering platform capabilities.You’ve supported large enterprise customers and worked in a marketplace business where balancing partners is critical.You have a love for operational excellence and structuring teams for maximum efficiency and throughput. You excel in large-scale project management and have a passion for iterative development.You’ve led successful teams in both hypergrowth and scale-up environments ($100M to $1B), and have demonstrated skills for driving successful teams through multiple phases of growth and scale.Experience building purely technical products as well as products that function within the context of a solution, e.g., as part of an ecosystem, in conjunction with services, etc.You helped teams mature existing products and know when to build vs buy vs partner
The annualized base salary for this role will range between $207,900 and $429,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
