Full-time, First Shift (6:30 AM through 3:00 PM)Qualifications:
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.Certified Technicians shall hold a current valid certification by the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board, Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians .Non-certified technicians must have 6 months of experience (unless otherwise authorized by the respective CMOP) in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting; or be a graduate of an Academic Technician Training Educational Program.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day administration of assigned operational area (production floor) and coordinate activities with other production areas.Orient new contract pharmacy technicians, provide training, and assist with evaluating performance.Ensure correct labeling procedures are followed.Assist with administrative/records management to maintain required records on staff background investigations, training, and reporting.Demonstrate experience leading a group or project that indicates the ability to manage and supervise others.
