This is a critical and highly visible position that is integral to growing revenue and maintaining client relationships. The Director of Client Success (CSD) reports to the Regional Director (RD) of Client Success.Responsibilities:Curate and maintain a solid pipeline of active and pending businessSource and identify potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communicationsWork cross-functionally with support teams to prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customersPrepare regular sales reports as well as territory plansResolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.Expanding industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.Established ability to maintain long term client relationships.Responsible for receiving customer referrals and client testimonials.Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM system at all times.Performs other duties as assignedRequirements5+ years of experience in sales within the advertising industryDigital Media experience is highly preferredDemonstrate exceptional organizational, problem solving, and customer service skillsExcellent internal communication within all departmentsPossess and demonstrate the company Core ValuesProven track record of achieving (or exceeding!) sales quotasAbility to travel for client and internal meetings as needBenefitsWe are a remote and flexible workplace (yay no commuting).Medical/ Dental/ Vision/ HSA and FSA/ Long Term Disability/ Life and AD&D/ and more….Company paid Short Term Disability.401k Retirement plan with company match.Coffee Tuesdays/ Hub Hangouts.Reimbursement of Home Office Expenses.A generous number of Holidays, PTO, and summer Fridays.We’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
