We are looking to hire an experienced and proactive Senior Accountant to join the Xsolla Holding Company. The ideal candidate should possess analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, and be highly organized, flexible and excited for a new challenge. Adaptability to communicate across all levels of the organization and attention to detail is critical for this role. Prepare standard and non-standard journal entries with emphasis on gaining efficiencies and process improvementsAssemble audit packagesSupport annual internal and external audits, including the preparation of audit schedules, and financial statementsResponsible for preparing consolidated accounts and investor reporting for investment fundsHelp define, document, and execute proper internal controls for accounting functionsPerform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures and prepare respective financial reports, including reconciliations of various G/L accountsResponsible for appropriate month- and quarter-end accrualsPerform financial analysis and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reportingRecommend improvements to current accounting processes to enhance and streamline the departmentAssist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessaryCollaborate with international teams to streamline monthly reportingREQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related fieldCPA (or in process of obtaining CPA)4+ years of public accounting or related experienceStrong knowledge of US GAAP, regulatory reporting requirements, account analysis, and accounting policyLarge ERP system experience (we use NetSuite) as well as advanced ability in ExcelSuperior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively both individually and as a teamQuick learner and problem solver when faced with new issues or challengesA proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multi-taskFosters teamwork across the organization with excellent communication skillsAbility to build partnerships and work in a collaborative global environmentPassion for driving and delivering results and delivering constructive changeHighly flexible with an entrepreneurial mindsetAt Xsolla, we are passionate about providing a conducive environment for our team to thrive personally and professionally.
