We’re continuing down the path of high growth and high impact, and this role is a key member of the Product Design Team making that happen.***Must be in CST or EST time zone***Your impact.As a Product Designer on the Communications team, you’ll own the design of critical user experiences across HealthJoy platforms that connect external users to our internal teams. Working within this cross-functional team, you will provide innovative, scalable solutions that allow members, clients, and HealthJoy operations to effectively communicate across our native mobile and web platforms.As a full stack designer, you will lead discovery, user research, prototyping, usability testing and UI design and contribute to improving our design system and research practices.Define UX & UI requirements by working directly with your product manager, engineering, and product design teamDesign flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions and systems into usable interfacesTake broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuableFormulate and test hypotheses based on user research and behavioral analytics, designing and conducting user research and usability studiesAct as an end-to-end product designer who can visualize the customer journey, sketch, prototype, and see your product through productionStay open and transparent, sharing work at various stages, remaining humble while soliciting and providing constructive feedback to peers at all levelsRe-imagine member facing communication methods and strategies in-appEnsure internal HealthJoy teams are set up for success with internal tooling that simplifies member request fulfillmentYour experience.4+ years of industry experience in end-to-end product designProficient in hi-fidelity prototyping with Figma and design systemsAble to define projects and measures of success, test assumptions and outcomes, and continuously incorporate feedbackEffective in conducting and summarizing insights from qualitative and quantitative researchA proven user-centered design workflow that comprises: research, design, prototyping, presentation, sharing and soliciting feedback, user testing, influencing key decision making, and collaborative handoffs with developersAble to function independently and in a team environmentIf you have these skills, even betterLead designer on a product feature that spanned the entire user experienceHigh level of influencing, ability to challenge views/perspectives while securing buy-in from stakeholdersFast-paced, self-motivated and resilient to life at a startupExperience working with SaaS, B2B2C, and B2B productsStrong workshopping, facilitation and presentation skillsCustomizing user experiences within external platformsDesigning chat experiencesTotal Rewards Job Level: 20Job Level: 20Base Compensation Range for Job Level: $100,000 - $130,000 AnnuallyThe cash compensation above includes base salary only. Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives.HealthJoy maintains a comprehensive strategy to determine rewarding and competitive packages for individual compensation for new hires, internal promotions and internal job changes.
