Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56900 - $76800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities

Analyze transactional sales data from point-of-sale systems to identify key insights and trends

Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau to communicate key performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create strategic action plans to address market opportunities

Execute analytics projects with the corporate analytics department to support revenue-generating efforts, including pricing and optimization strategies

Prepare and present fact-based reports, dashboards, and recommendations from analytics projects, ensuring effective data architecture and warehousing for optimal data use

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or other discipline; master’s degree preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or similar function, working in a high volume, fast-paced environment; preferably in hospitality or sports industries

Proficiency in analytics and predictive tools such as Advanced Excel and R, and data warehousing tools such as SQL

Proficiency in data visualization tools especially Tableau and prior experience with point of sales systems preferred

Experience in setting sales strategic direction and annual and long-term planning to achieve business results
