Job Title: IT Support Specialist IIILocation:Chico, CASalary: $50k - 60k per annum

The IT Support Specialist is our go to person for advanced client projects and implementations. Installing workflow applications and providing advanced support for our clients are a regular part of the Network Technician's Day.

The Network Technician is responsible for onsite and remote installation and support needs for our document management clients. This relates to all technology, to include workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software. This is an advanced technical position, focused on workflow software and advanced document management solutions.

ResponsibilitiesHelp Architect, implement and support MFP software applicationsSupport and understand Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, SharePoint, Office365, Group PolicyTechnical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and securityCommunication with clients as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outagesExcellent customer service skills is must for this positionMS Windows OS / Mac OS experience and supportPrint driver setup / best practicesTechnical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and securityRemote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, or CitrixCommunication with clients as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outagesMust have skills:
