Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer and direct phone calls to appropriate individualsAssist with preparing office events, meetings and conferencesKeep the workspace in top shape, managing supplies and equipment to keep the office maintainedDive into data entry, filing and other tasks to keep the operations running seamlesslyJump in on special projects and initiatives for the team
Part-Time Receptionist Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of administrative experience in an office environmentEagerness to learn and grow your administrative skillsTech-savvy skills, especially with Microsoft Office SuiteGreat communication skills, both written and verbalTeam player mentality with the ability to shine independentlyMost importantly, be reliable, punctual and ready to roll with the punches
