We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Staff Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for our construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in React, Node, AWS, PostgreSQL, microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS, GraphQL, Lambdas, SSO, and Okta.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions in accordance with project requirements and company standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.Develop and maintain microservices architecture using technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and AWS.Implement secure and scalable solutions using AWS, Lambdas, and SSO.Manage and optimize databases using PostgreSQL and GraphQL.Leverage React and Node to create user-friendly interfaces and improve user experience.Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in a timely manner.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practices.Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience in software development, preferably in the construction industry.Proficient in React, Node, AWS, PostgreSQL, microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, SNS, GraphQL, Lambdas, SSO, and Okta.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Proven experience in designing and developing scalable and secure software solutions.Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.Strong commitment to quality and a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
