All welding services, design, manufacturing, hardware and software development, testing, as well as research and development is conducted here.Job Location(s)Chicago, IL (near Midway Airport)Role – Field Service Engineer (full-time)Sciaky is seeking a Field Service Engineer who will assist in testing, calibration and troubleshooting of our EBAM and Additive Manufacturing systems.You’ll be doing a lot of this:Providing testing support for all Sciaky machinesRepair, test and calibrate machines in the field at customer locationsUse technical manuals and knowledge of test and diagnostic equipmentTroubleshoot and repair PC boardsProgram test fixturesInvestigate new instrumentation and test operating practicesRepresent Sciaky in front of customers and usersSo, you should have this:Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or related engineering degreeMinimum of 2 years of prior experience in similar organization or industryProficiency with data entry and MS OfficeKnowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, and hardware/software including applications and programming
