GROWING Manufacturing company needs a Recruiter to lead all aspects of Recruiting for the company.
SUMMARY:- Full life-cycle recruiting role leading the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting function for the company- Work closely with business leaders to identify talent needs throughout the company- Source top talent and create talent pipelines for current and future company needs using a variety of tools, networks, and methodologies- Individual contributor role
REQUIREMENTS:- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting/Recruiting Coordinating experience- Experience recruiting for all types and level of roles- Manufacturing and/or Chemical industry experience- Creative/innovative Talent Acquisition mindset
