The Install and Service technician is responsible for the installation and maintenance of car wash systems, ancillary products and chemicals.

Requirements

75% travel is required.Unloading and staging of new equipment on job sitesInspecting equipment prior to installation and document any damage occurred during shipmentInstallation of new car wash equipmentRemoval of old car wash equipmentMaintains tools, test equipment, and materials in a professional mannerRequires good communication skillsProvides superior customer service when interfacing with customersKnowledge of proper use of power tools, i.e. hammer drill, grinderAccurately perceives information from othersAssures appropriate flow of information and reports matters clearly, concisely and accuratelyPerforms periodic scheduled and preventive maintenance on equipment as assigned by DispatchResponsible for accurately troubleshooting chemical, mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, PLC controllers and power supplies. Performs diagnostic analysisPerforms repairs and corrects malfunctions as necessaryEducation and/or Experience

Requires 1-3 years related experiencePrevious experience with Car Wash equipmentStrong Mechanical and Plumbing skillsCommunication/Language Skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.Ability to read and comprehend documents and follow simple instructions.Technical Competencies

Ability to read and understand electrical diagramsUnderstanding of PLC controllers, low voltage control circuits and three-phase powerForklift certification or ability to obtain certificationAll Mark VII Equipment employees and stakeholders must have uncompromising integrity and ethical standards.
