to join their team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this team member plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression for the company. This opportunity is 100% onsite.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:Research and/or tracking of an orderContacting vendors for pricing, order status and trackingExpediting a pick on an order or any other distribution requestEstimated delivery dates or lead times on productsUpdates and status of repair ordersBuilding solid relationships with other internal departments and vendorsEvaluation of current processes for improvement and work on recommendations with managementWorking as a team to manage daily workflowHandling escalated customer issues when necessaryAnswering emails and incoming calls from internal customers as needed
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent2 years of Customer Service ExperienceProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholdersExcellent organizational and creative problem solving skillsExcellent typing and data entry skillsDemonstrated resourcefulness with critical attention to detailHistory of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlineDemonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and put them into practical use
