Senior Consultant- Product Owner

Location : Atlanta, GA

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements into actionable tasks and realize the product vision.

Key Responsibilities: Refine Product vision and strategy Work with stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Manage the Product Backlog: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on the overall strategy and business objectives. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment. Assess and prioritize needs by prioritizing features, bug fixes, and improvements to ensure the development team is working on the most valuable items. Ensure Product quality. Review and accept completed work to ensure it meets the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards. Stakeholder Management and feedback gathering Facilitate Agile Practices by participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective Agile practices are followed. Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a product owner or in a similar role in product management. Agile Experience: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Technical Understanding: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
