We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with at least 5 years of experience and a diverse portfolio to join our marketing department. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both print and digital media, demonstrating a keen understanding of how to tailor their designs to suit each medium. This role requires a creative thinker who can critically assess each project and produce high-quality materials that resonate with our target audiences.
This is an onsite position in our Fort Lauderdale office (33309); no hybrid or remote scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and design all graphic materials for Sound Income Group's internal companies.
• Create compelling B2B marketing materials aimed at financial advisors.
• Design engaging B2C materials for financial advisors to use with clients and prospective clients
• Work with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
• Think critically about each project to deliver innovative and effective design solutions.
• Translate complex marketing ideas and strategies into high-quality graphics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal creative supervision, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality of our graphic materials.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work in both print and digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to think creatively and critically about design projects and their intended use.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required.
• Able to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
• Able to work outside traditional work hours when needed.
