Internal Medicine Physicians
Job Duties: Diagnose and provide nonsurgical treatment of diseases and injuries of internal organ systems for adult patients. Develop a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment and/or referral. Confer with consulting physicians, nurses, patients and patients family concerning treatment and care of patients. Refer those cases that require specialist services but maintain responsibility, assuring that continuity of care is provided.

Salary: $215,000 to $230,000 per year
Education Required: M.D. or D.O.
Other Requirements:License to practice medicine in LouisianaCompletion of an internal medicine residency.
