Quality of Life Family Medicine Position in Indianapolis Suburbs

A large non-profit healthcare system is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to join its established practice in Plainfield, Indiana. The new physician will be joining an established, busy practice with four physicians and two advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Weekday call is rotated among the physicians: 1:7Weekend Call: 1:14Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per dayNo inpatient work or OBCommon Diagnoses (Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, Wellness Visits)On-site Equipment (Lab, Imaging)Sports Medicine is located in the same buildingOutpatient physical therapyWHAT WE OFFER:
