Finance Associate Attorney
with 4+ years of experience to join an excellent law firm located in San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structured finance transactions, including securitization and other capital markets transactions.
Responsibilities:Possess knowledge of commercial law matters including the uniform commercial code, securities law, and bankruptcy-related issues.Draft complex commercial contracts such as pooling and servicing agreements, administration agreements, indentures, and trust agreements.Ability to draft applicable legal opinions, including bankruptcy opinions.Manage financial transactions by overseeing the work of junior associatesDrafting and prepare transaction documents, and successfully close transactions.Requirements :
4+ years of experience in structured finance transactions.Admission to and a member in good standing of the California Bar.Resume, cover letter, and law school transcript are required to apply.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneouslyAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in legal research tools and technology
Salary Range:
$365,000 to $390,000
