And we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team.We are looking for a hardworking, curious, and enthusiastic leader to support our CEO, Scott Dadich. This individual will work at the center of the firm and among its leaders, co-directing GDP’s administrative duties while managing the CEO’s schedule. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Chief of Staff, Partners, and management team to effectively support the chief executives and run their interactions with clients, partners, staffers, and prospects.The Executive Assistant plays a key role in the company. This individual will broadly support the company's functions according to circumstances and needs. If you are an organized, optimistic, and thoughtful team player who is looking to join a close-knit and fun-loving shop, this role is for you.This role is based in San Francisco.Key Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:Organizing and managing a high-volume calendar while keeping track of multiple projects simultaneouslyManaging travel and expensesBooking and managing travel and accommodations for the CEOCo-managing and co-directing office administrative tasks such as event planning, meeting set-up for client engagements, and ordering and tracking office suppliesHelping to manage communications concerning internal meetings, new business, and existing client relationshipsSpeaking for and with the voice of the CEO in internal/external firm matters and calendar managementWillingness to perform varying duties depending on the shifting needs of the company and its staff membersHelping other members of the executive support staff to perform their duties to the best of their abilityCarrying out other duties as necessary, which may include tasks such as office coordination, filing, client correspondence, and making phone callsKeeping up with industry trends by reading literature and communicating with peersActs as a representative of the chief executive officer, both in and outside the firmQualifications include:Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience in administrative or executive managementA natural and confident leader; Self-motivated and self-sufficientStrong interpersonal skills and a knack for productive collaboration across varying departmentsProven problem solver who can make clear-headed decisions while under pressureImpeccable time management and multi-tasking skillsEfficient and hardworking with an eagerness to learnExcellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to synthesize and manage large quantities of highly dynamic data and inputsAn ability and desire to be active in the job beyond the traditional 9a-6p workdayTrustworthy and reliable with confidential communications and financialsResourceful problem solver with the ability to prioritize and tackle myriad tasks each dayAbility to see over the horizon and plan strategically beyond a six-month time horizonPositive attitude and interest in managing a growing companyExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsInterest in and excitement for the work GDP is pioneering in media, communications, design, and strategyAbility to coordinate and communicate with a bi-coastal staffExtensive knowledge of the strategy, design, and content landscapes, and GDP and its founders’ workAbout Godfrey Dadich PartnersGodfrey Dadich Partners (GDP) brings together the best of journalism, strategy, and design to deliver engaging and meaningful communications. Godfrey Dadich Partners is a part of the kyu Collective.The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000.Our salary offers take into consideration the skills and experience a candidate brings, pay equity across similar roles within GDP, and the market rate for similar roles outside of GDP. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, along with the requirements of the position. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
