As the Engineer of Record, you will foster seamless communication with clients, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.Empower and Inspire:Your leadership extends beyond project management. Collaborate with project managers to strategize budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, maximizing efficiency and ensuring timely project delivery.Key Qualifications:Extensive Experience:
15+ years of hands-on experience in the AEC industry, specializing in HVAC design.Licensed Professional:
Active PE license is essential to validate your technical expertise.Software Proficiency:
Strong command of industry-standard software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Trane Trace, IES, and MS Office Suite.Leadership Acumen:
Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team, cultivating a collaborative and results-oriented environment.Sustainability Advocate:
