RMA is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Assistant (Southern NJ Float) whose primary location will be our Somerset, NJ office.
**This position requires travel between our Somerset, Princeton, Freehold, Eatontown, Marlton offices.**
Monday - Friday from 5:30am - 1:30pm; rotating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:Assist physicians with clinical proceduresAccurately document ultrasound report in stim sheetIdentify specimen for inseminationMaintain sterile techniquePerform routine patient assessmentPhlebotomyClean exam rooms promptlyMaintain clinical supplies inventoryManage lanfax for outside labs, reports, results, prescriptions refillsEnter all labs and outside reportsComfort patients by anticipating patient's anxieties; answering patient's questionsAssure quality care by adhering to therapeutic standardsMaintain an excellent rapport and working relationship with multidisciplinary teams within the PracticeRequirements:
Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program required; State certification preferredMinimum 6 months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practiceWomen's Healthcare background preferredExcellent computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and ExcelEMR experience preferredStrong phlebotomy skillsAbility to communicate accurately and conciselyMust be able to work weekends, holidays
