Engineers across product teams at Autodesk, utilize our kernel services to build our next generation of rich customer experiences.There are many unsolved problems and unanswered questions and we are looking for motivated engineers to help us tackle these challenges.ResponsibilitiesBuild and run Autodesk Platform ServicesWrite code that is tested, readable, and maintainableEngage in technical discussion and decision making to shape the future of making thingsParticipate in on-call rotation to support production systems​Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, understand use cases and build towards a cohesive technical strategy​Mentor and empower engineers around youMinimum Qualifications5+ years of relevant professional experienceExperience as a technical leader and mentorExcellent hands-on Java programming skillsStrong experience designing and implementing high quality REST APIsStrong experience building apps on AWS using services such as S3, DynamoDB, IAM, EC2, Kinesis and LambdaStrong experience with NoSQL databasesPreferred QualificationsImplemented and operated one or more high scale APIs that handles at least 25k RPSExperience with object oriented design patternsExperience with continuous refactoringExperience with agile software development practicesExperience with Spring bootExperience with scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, Node.js, or BashExperience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormationExperience with CI/CD concepts and working with a deployment pipeline such as JenkinsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $110,300 and $190,300. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
