Job Description
What to expect when you work here
As a Key Holder, you would be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers and team members with in-depth information on product features and benefits. You would also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns/store credit, special orders, and dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates.

We see customers of varying degrees of riding experience every day, so you will explain the same principles over and over, day in and day outCreating memorable experiences for our customers starts with a team of passionate motorcycle enthusiasts who share the love of the thrill of the ride. This means you also ride, have a varied riding portfolio and will want to share your stories from the road, the track, or the dirt with our customers.This position can be part-time or full-time. Full Time benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Accident, Paid Time Off, and 401K matching.
