The Manager of Safety Solution Consulting brings the experience to build, lead, and grow teams by leveraging a combination of industry, technical, and presales skills and experience. This role is responsible for a team of Solution Consultants in North America and Europe.What You'll Do

Lead and manage a team of presales consultants in North American and Europe that focus on Veeva’s Safety solutionsDefine the vision and goals for the Safety Solution Consulting teamDefine and execute hiring plans to continue growing the teamWork cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Marketing, and Product Management teamsMentor and develop team members and identify future leadersEnsure training and development plans are implemented and completed successfullyDefine best-practices and related processes for the team, including demo flows, environment management, and other activitiesManage operational and managerial tasks and activities for the team as neededCollaborate with global presales teams within VeevaRequirements

5+ years of Solution Consulting/Presales experience1+ year of Solution Consulting/Presales management experienceDemonstrated success in selling cloud-based solutions to Life Sciences organizationsExperience with recruiting and hiring pre-sales consultantsExperience with defining and implementing presales best practices and processesExcellent communication and organization skillsTeam-first mentalityDriven self-starter; thrives in dynamic environmentsAbility to travel (~20%) in North America and Europe for internal & customer meetings, industry conferences, etc.A flexible schedule to accommodate multiple time zones when needed across North America and EuropeBachelor’s degree in a related fieldNice to Have

Drug Safety/ Pharmacovigilance experience within Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or MedTech organizationsKnowledge of Drug Safety/Pharmacovigilance systems and processesExperience working with Vault Safety or other Veeva solutionsAdvanced understanding of technical concepts related to cloud computing and enterprise software systemsPerks & Benefits

Base pay: $115,000 - $175,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
