Purpose and Scope:
Lead a global process automation team, incl. process analysts, developers and operators. The team is responsible for discovery, design, implementation, and maintenance of automation solutions, mainly on the UiPath platform. Promote intelligent process automation, identify key stakeholders and discover new automation opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of process analysts, developers, and operators for intelligent process automation.
Raise process automation awareness
Collaborate with global process owners and line managers to identify processes suitable for automation to scale the adoption of intelligent process automation across the organization.
Prioritize and coordinate automation projects to ensure delivery within time and budget
Drive the personal development of the global automation team
Ensure, that all automation projects follow global best practices and governance standards
Efficiency gained by realized process automations by this team
Automation projects have been delivered in time and budget following all standards and compliance requirements
Sufficient automation pipeline generated by performing various types of change management, internal “advertising” and workshops with senior stakeholders to promote and explain the value of process automation
Keep a positive balance between implementation, operate and platform costs compared to benefit realized by automations
Education:
University degree e.g. in business informatics or similar, certificates or trainings in RPA tools beneficial, (lean) six sigma certifications beneficial, scrum master or project management certification beneficial
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years professional experience preferred in the area of process optimization and/or Robotics Process Automation
Strong leadership and communication skills
Structured and diligent working approach
Out-of-the box thinking, esp. on process design
Strong Interest in innovative automation technologies
Excellence communication skills and conflict solving abilities
Quality and target-oriented working mode
Pro-active, change & solution oriented
Continuous optimization approach
High engagement on achieving targets and objectives of the position
Highly motivated individual, that works well under pressure
Good knowledge of moderation and presentation techniques

Concepts of process automation and digitization (e.g. RPA)
Process optimization and redesign (e.g. six sigma)
Strong team and project management capabilities (Agile methodology preferred)
Experience in IT delivery and operations
Very proficient with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Experience with UiPath, esp. Orchestrator, AutomationHub, AI Center etc. beneficial
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
German is a plus
