We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Warranty Administrator to efficiently manage and process warranty claims for our dealership. We can provide all necessary trainings.
Requirements
Warranty Claim Processing:
Accurately and efficiently process warranty claims for vehicle repairs. Verify the validity of warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve warranty-related issues.
Documentation and Recordkeeping:Maintain organized and up-to-date records of warranty claims and related documentation.Prepare and submit warranty paperwork to manufacturers in a timely manner.Assist in maintaining records of repair orders and service history.Customer Service:Serve as a point of contact for customers with warranty-related questions or concernsProvide clear and friendly communication to customers regarding warranty coverage and claim status.Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the warranty process.Quality Control:Collaborate with the service department to ensure that warranty repairs meet manufacturer standards.Monitor and report on warranty claim trends and issues to improve service quality.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant automotive certification or coursework is a plus.Proficiency in automotive software and MS Office, particularly Excel.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Knowledge of various automotive brands and their warranty programs is beneficial.
