Role: Business Systems Analyst AEM (Adobe Exp manager)
Must Have Experience In AEM & User Stories
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) tool using Agile or SAFe framework is a must.Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, capabilities, managing/publishing process, and designs wireframes using Figma/Adobe XD.Proficiency in AEM tools such as Adobe Experience Manager Forms, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.Experience in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Form, Brand Portal Setup, and Dynamic Media.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and presentation, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions at all levels), with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.Demonstrated ability to understand business processes from customer perspective and accordingly conceptualize and formulate solutions.Strong sense of ownership and accountability, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
