POSITION OVERVIEW

Bain Capital is seeking a seasoned and highly professional full-time Executive Assistant with a proven track record of success in our Boston office. This individual will provide high-level administrative support to several senior investment professionals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. This candidate will be a self-starter and someone who functions well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Heavy calendar management and coordination of all logistics for internal and external meetingsManagement of travel arrangements, both domestic and internationalTrack high volume of business expenses and prepare expense reportsAssist team with hosting meetings and eventsExceptional interpersonal and communications skills; ability to interact with personnel at all levels across the firm, and comfortable working with many different types of personalityProvide back-up coverage for other team Executive AssistantsProvide limited support for personal travel, mailings, reservations etc. as requiredQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of administrative support in a corporate setting, ideally in the asset management or investment banking industriesTechnologically adept and proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Ability to work in a fast-paced, “real time” environment with constantly changing priorities and immediate issues/concerns to be addressed.Detail-oriented and able to efficiently complete tasks within deadlines and manage multiple competing prioritiesExtremely organized with a demonstrated ability to multitask effectivelyProactive mindset with strong sense of urgency, ownership, and follow-through skillsStrong communication (written and verbal) and relationship management skills, including the ability to be flexible and partner with all different types of personalities.Discretion in handling confidential informationDedicated team player, demonstrated willingness to “go the extra mile”
