will play a critical role contributing to and managing multiple stakeholder priorities to support Enterprise Risk Management, Policy Management, Risk Assessments, Controls, Testing, Issues Management capabilities

ServiceNow IRM
product roadmap
for the
Northern Trust
enterprise

Responsibilities:Lead the design,
development
and continuous improvement of
ServiceNow
IRM
processes through close collaboration with cross functional teams
comprised o
f
Risk

usiness

ustomers

1LOD, 2LOD and
Technology
t
eams, to
ensure
governance, risk and compliance controls are current and effective.
Provide leadership to your Agile pod on priorities through clear and concise requirements in the form of user stories and a comprehensive backlog to realize your product vision.
Advocate IRM best practices and be the de facto subject matter expert on IRM workflows and ServiceNow IRM capabilities.
Facilitate
sprint planning sessions
with Agile team and
ultimately be
accountable for the quality of the IRM work product adhering to the ServiceNow platform team’s SDLC.
Showcase IRM
product
on a pre-defined cadence
to algin stakeholders on latest IRM
feature and process
enhancements
.
Provide guidance to developers on ServiceNow standard configurations and conduct final QA reviews of all ServiceNow deliverables
Qualifications:5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow
GRC
/
IRM
solutions
Advanced functional and technical understanding of the ServiceNow IRM
capabilities and workflows.
Deep understanding of
risk and compliance best practices.
Strong process development,
facilitating
requirements for ServiceNow implementations as well as ServiceNow integration, automation, and workflows
Experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum,
SAFe
, and Kanban methodologies;
Industry Certifications including
SAFe
Product Owner,
SAFe
Implementer,
SAFe
Agilist, and Scrum Master are also preferred
Great communication
skills, team player and takes active ownership of deliverables
BS Computer Science or related
field
