1OTC/Air Supply Group is looking for a Director of E-Commerce to join our team in a Remote position based out of West Chester, OH!As the Director of E-Commerce, you will oversee all aspects of the company's E-Commerce operations. This includes managing collaboration within a cross-functional team, developing and implementing E-Commerce sales strategies, and ensuring the company's online sales goals are met.What You'll Do:Research and understand the industry and competition to develop and implement E-Commerce sales strategies to increase online sales and win market share.Manage the E-Commerce inside sales and customer service team and ensure all team members are meeting their goals.Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.Monitor performance analytics, website traffic, and product performance to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest-impact initiatives.Provide direction for the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, sales checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.Collaborate with Marketing on internet marketing solutions, social media integration, search engine optimization (SEO), and other monitoring methodologies and analytics.Direct sales-oriented integrated campaigns to deliver increased conversion rates and overall order size, managing margin performance across a variety of product lines.What You'll Need:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in E-Commerce managementExperience in the digital retailing market, with business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) experience a plus.Experience in developing, executing, and maintaining sophisticated digital commerce brand strategies by leveraging E-Commerce platforms, successful delivery of business value, and near- and mid-term growth for a brand.Perks of Working with OTC Industrial Technologies:Health and WellnessMedical, dental, and vision care coverageShort-and long-term disability coverage, and life insuranceWellness DiscountSafety shoes & glasses reimbursement stipendFinancial Benefits401(k) savings plan with an employer match of 50% on the dollar up to 6%Robust referral bonusesRelocation assistanceWork-Life BalancePTOTuition assistanceWho we are:At OTC Industrial Technologies, our people drive our success.
