Role Summary

Highly organized sales professional responsible for developing and driving national sales initiatives across the US Leasing organization, valued at $2B in annual revenue with over 1800 active licensed brokers nationwide. Such initiatives include – but are not limited to – evolving sales training programs, driving employee engagement, developing business development accountability programs, and innovating around our sales process and culture. Ultimately, this person is responsible for ensuring the firm is best positioned to win new business through an orchestrated, thoughtful approach to sales. The role requires significant travel.

Leadership

Drive firm strategy, goals, and accountability across the Leasing sales force as it relates to business development and salesCreate and measure key metrics for the sales process, WIP management, and business development across all Leasing sales professionalsDrive internal / external tech adoption to improve sales process and gain efficienciesCoordinate among internal partners and stakeholders to build and implement new programs and products to service and support Leasing business

Innovation

Understand industry trends, prospect / client challenges, market factors, competitive landscape and develop winning prospecting and pursuit strategiesIdentify growth opportunities and create national sales plan to achieve success; approach clearly identifies current and future stateCollect and create best-in-class sales materialsOrganize, run and evolve regular sales programs and contests (e.g., Summer of Sales)Identify key external partnerships and products that can improve our sales workforce

Requirements

8-10 years working within a professional services organization; preferably with direct sales experience or managing sales teamsHighly organized and self-motivated with strong communication skillsProven experience developing and implementing national programs and corporate initiatives within a sales organization of similar size and scopeDesire to develop and shape JLL's sales talent with a sales mindset driven toward winningNaturally and selflessly collaborative, cultivating teamwork and a firm-first mentalityAbility to function in a highly matrixed environment at a large, global enterprise
