A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING SALES MANAGER
As our Plumbing Sales Manager, you masterfully manage our sales department and set our company up for success! Flexible and adaptable, you oversee our sales team and develop strategies for driving up our company's numbers. You create goals for your team members, and you provide guidance to help them meet and exceed their targets. Thinking creatively, you help identify opportunities with both new and existing clients to drive up our revenue.
While envisioning strategies for future success, you also help manage our day-to-day sales processes. You prepare accurate material takeoffs for our projects as well as create detailed estimates for each job. Attentively, you regularly report sales numbers to the owner and help determine ways to increase our profits.
You enjoy overcoming challenges and take pride in effectively guiding and improving our sales efforts!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING SALES MANAGER5+ years of estimating experience in the plumbing and piping industryProficiency with numbers and math
Do you have exceptional communication and presentation skills? Are you highly technical and analytical? Can you effectively lead a team and help others improve?
