Required Qualifications:• Min 7+ years of overall automation experience• 2+ years of Automation Lead experience handling onsite and offshore team members• Expert in Efficiency initiatives, framework optimization and automation estimation• Expertise in setting up best practices tools, frameworks, process etc.• Handling Functional and End to End testing of complex application systems (Web , Windows , Mainframes ,AS400, Unix ,SFTP, Salesforce, CRM )• Solid experience in working with databases/tools like Oracle , MariaDB ,MySQL workbench ,SQL Developer and writing complex SQL queries .• Solid experience in Testing /Automating API's (SOAP, RESTFUL , AS400 Stored procedure)• Expert knowledge on automation using UiPath, UFT, Selenium Webdriver , TOSCA• Proven experience in implementing/customizing BDD , TDD , Keyword driven , Data driven , Hybrid Automation frameworks and using IDE's not limited to Eclipse, IntelliJ ,Rational Developer• Experience in SVN, GitHub, Gitlab, Jenkins, Maven, and various code Management and CI/CD tools
Preferred Qualifications:• PBM/ Health Care domain experience• Project methodologies using Agile ,Scrum, SAFe• Test management tools Rally, Jira• Critical Problem Solving Skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
