COME BE PART OF OUR TEAM!!PRIMARY ROLE:Day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned Commercial Lines accounts, Including but not limited to:Maintaining a high level of client service and satisfactionMarketing & placement of renewal accounts as appropriateAchieving agency account retention goals through proactive account rounding, up-selling of limits and coverages, and by providing extraordinary client serviceQUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:Property & Casualty Insurance License requiredCompletion of CISR or ACSR designation a plusMinimum 6 years of experience working in commercial linesExtensive complex knowledge of all lines of insurance, including sophisticated and less common coverages, especially those products represented through our agencyThorough knowledge of brokerage operations including claims handling, procedures, agency management system, and applicable insurance laws/codesExperience and expertise in operating in electronic environment; excellent automation skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Also document management software and carrier proprietary systemsFamiliarity with risk assessment and risk management techniquesExcellent time management, organizational and verbal and written communication skillsHigh degree of self-motivation problem-solving skills and self-directionDUTIES:Support Producers’ sales efforts by handling accountsPerform annual review and risk exposure analysis of renewal policies for proper coverage, incorporating information obtained from clientMaintain electronic client files and ensure proper documentation, by requesting endorsement changes, binders, certificates of insurance, documentation, activities, etc., according to agency procedures, and within agency timelinesRespond to client inquiries, incoming e-mail, mail, and company requests in accordance with agency guidelinesReview all items to be processed, to insure items were received as ordered.Participate in courses for insurance/sales skills.

Maintain current knowledge of underwriting requirements of carriers.
