In this role, you will:
Elicit business requirements, analyze customer needs and gaps to propose solutions for the desired state
Perform Gap Analysis, document current business process and future state process; participate in business requirement discovery, analysis and documentation
Participate in package selection exercises and provide input as to potential application fits
Create business process maps based on the client requirements
Develop SDLC/CSV/CSA deliverables such as User Requirements Specifications, Validation Plans,
Trace Matrices, Test Plans, Test Scripts, Validation Summary Reports, etc.
Train & support client testing team in order to test systems against the requirements provided
Communicate with project stakeholders including sponsor management and project team members on topics such as task status, scheduling conflicts, resource needs and anticipated barriers to execution
Who you are:
5+ years of Life Sciences Business Analysis experience
Experience with GxP guidelines, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Computer System Validation (CSV)/Computer Software Assurance (CSA)
Familiarity with documenting a business case along with Project objectives/Scope/deliverables etc
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience with project management tools
Experience working as a team member on applications and/or systems implementations for Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, and Medical Device companies
Knowledge and experience in one of the following Life Sciences practices: Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Data Science, Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Medical Devices
