Role : Scrum Master
Location : Austin Texas 3 days in client office
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a similar field.Previous experience as a scrum master for at least five years.Knowledge and experience with SAFe/Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.Applicable knowledge of the technologies like JIRA, software programming languages like JAVA.Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach.Excellent communication and mentoring skills.Preferred Qualifications
Scrum master certification is a plus.Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.Experience managing SCRUM platform development teams.
