This is a

local route, home every night, Class B CDL position . Primary responsibilities include delivering and servicing propane tanks and cylinders to residential and commercial sites while providing first in class customer service. Candidates must possess a minimum of a class B commercial driver's license with tanker and hazardous endorsements (or the ability to obtain requisite endorsements) and must carry a DOT medical examiner's card. Candidate needs to be safety conscious, have a strong mechanical aptitude and good driving skills. This position requires working in outdoor weather conditions. Additional duties include but are not limited to the maintenance and upkeep of company and customer equipment, and plant maintenance activities. We are willing to train the right candidate! Requirements

Qualifications:

Valid Class "A" or "B" Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements (or the ability to obtain requisite endorsements) without air brake restrictionsA clean driving record verifiable by a Federal Motor Vehicle ReportMust be able to pass a DOT physical and maintain a Federal DOT medical cardMust have the ability to read, write, and clearly communicate in the English LanguageMust be able to comply with federal drug and alcohol testing requirementsQualified candidates will be safety conscious and customer service orientedAbility to operate and maintain handheld tabletsInspect vehicle and notify supervisor of needed equipment, supplies or routine maintenanceDOT Hazmat Training and Maintenance every three yearsMaintains compliance with all DOT requirementsPhysical Demands:

Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 75 poundsAbility to pull delivery hoseMust be able to bend, climb, reach, and rotate as neededFilling, loading, securing and delivering propane cylinders or bulk
