Job Description: Position: S/4HANA FICO Lead Location : Cary, NC (Onsite) Hire Type: Full Time Only (No Contract) Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Deep understanding of Finance and Controlling processes in SAP S/4 and its peripheric integration (CRM, Document management, Sales & Distribution, Logistics and Warehousing). Identify all Finance related touch points and implications across all core modules of SAP, including Ariba, Group Reporting, SAC Planning. Experience in designing and/or implementing Financial processes (AR, AP, GL, COPA, AA, financial planning, consolidation). Excellent client interaction skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment. Open to travel as part of project assignment. Experience Required At least 10 years of SAP experience in Finance (FI/CO). Minimum 2-3 Full Life-cycle Implementation Experience. Minimum 2 full life-cycle implementation experience of S/4HANA Greenfield Transformation project. Roles & Responsibilities Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Understand business requirements, manage, define, document, design & deliver SAP Configurations, and functional specifications. Leading the design and implementation of S/4HANA Financial processes.
