Job Description:Minimum 8+ years of experience in solution architecture in development and or infrastructure organizationsServiceNow certifications/experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and security OperationsServiceNow custom application/portal experienceAbility to "think big" and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology refresh and hype.Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders.Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take principled bets on new technology.Deep understanding of cloud technologies, services, and solutionsOversee the entire delivery road map and the Themes of work.Provide proof of concept planning and analysis and be able to champion ServiceNow capabilities throughout the organization.Partner with architecture group to deliver solution blueprints and other design documentation.Provide High Level Design and specifications for ServiceNow implementation.Provides technical oversight of ServiceNow platform.Responsible for all aspects of the application security
