Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

Be the tech guru customers rely on for troubleshooting and resolving their tech issues with mobile devices (think Smartphones, Tablets and Laptops) Provide clear, friendly, and efficient support through various channels like phone, email, and chat. Problem Solving:

Investigate and solve technical problems with the skill of a detective and the patience of a saint. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring every problem finds a solution. Product Knowledge:

Master our products inside and out, becoming the encyclopedia of all things tech for our customers. Stay updated on the latest product features, updates, and industry trends. Documentation:

Keep detailed records of customer interactions and solutions, contributing to our ever-growing knowledge base. Develop easy-to-understand guides and FAQs to empower customers to solve issues independently. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues to share insights, strategies, and support, fostering a collaborative team spirit. Participate in regular training sessions to keep skills sharp and knowledge current. What We Offer:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.

Skills:

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong understanding of technical support best practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Ability to work 8AM - 5PM Monday to Friday at our King of Prussia, PA headquarters

Salary Description

$20-$27/hour - depending on experience
