Varied block scheduleA 74-bed community hospital with a 6-bed critical care unitThe Hospital Medicine Division at our Health system consists of over 250 dedicated physicians & APPs practicing evidence-based medicine throughout our 4 hospitals in western Massachusetts.A 3 on/4 off schedule, 12-hour shifts with rotational Saturday coverage, excellent support from swing shift, APP cross coverage, and specialty services.Hospitalists are responsible for more than 40,000 discharges annually system-wide across all medical and surgical subspecialties, accounting for more than 250,000 encounters throughout four hospitals.Generous compensation plan and a robust benefits packageHampden County, Massachusetts
