Job Description
Preparing and maintaining a current PC image for all PENA IT related equipmentPrepares all related IT equipment with a base image as requiredTrouble shoots image issues and problemsFollows ISM/IT policy regarding legal review and legal holds of equipmentResponsible for DOD wipe of all data storing IT assetsUsing ITAM equipment to destroy IT storage equipment. IE: HD crusher. Incl udes record keeping.Delegated tasks to record terminated employee's equipment in SDP, resolving all tasks involvedReports termed employee's equipment that is not returned to IT in accordance with PENA policy.Manages IT hardware warranty program
