TEAM OVERVIEW
KKR's Marketing team develops executive content strategies that generate brand and product awareness to engage the firm's clients with valuable content to meet quantifiable business goals. The team builds deep relationships with clients to bridge the gap between client interests and business goals, to create innovative content strategies. The team is also responsible for consistently investigating trends and best practices to make accurate and tailored recommendations to clients. The Marketing team closely collaborates with the sales, product strategy, and compliance teams.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing team is seeking a creative, collaborative, and results-oriented marketer for KKR's growing Global Wealth Solutions (GWS) business. The successful candidate will work closely with business partners to support the ambitious goals of the distribution team, focusing on the RIA segment and advisor education. GWS's emphasis is on providing individual investors access to the same types of alternative investment opportunities institutions have had access to for decades.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:Execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive business results and deepen KKR's engagement with RIA clients and prospects using a wide variety of marketing toolsTake a client-centric approach to support RIAs with their unique needs while identifying opportunities for KKR's solutions in the RIA marketDevelop multi-channel marketing collateral and content that aligns with the goals of the distribution team, including email and social media campaigns, education, events, digital assets and value-add programsContribute to a comprehensive and differentiated educational program to help financial advisors and their clients understand the benefits of alternative investmentsCreate materials that explain key concepts of alternative investing in a thoughtful and concise way, in various mediums (web, video, PDF, social media, email) and for various levels of expertise, from sophisticated financial professionals to retail investors with limited investment knowledgeUtilize strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and execute projects from beginning to end in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and providing timely updates to stakeholdersPlan and coordinate world-class in-person and virtual events to deepen relationships with financial advisors and grow KKR's brandMeasure and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns by setting specific and measurable marketing goals, leverage data to inform optimization and rationalization, and share key metrics and insights with relevant stakeholders on a consistent basisDevelop deep partnerships and work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product strategy, and compliance colleaguesQUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally including private markets, financial advisors / RIAs and/or financial educationCRITICAL COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS

This is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.

$125,000-$175,000 USD
