THE POSITION:Manage multiple projects from start to finishAble to communicate technical issues internal and externally with accuracy and proper understandingNegotiates fees and contracts for projects (with vendors)Manages scheduling, budgets, staffing, and project set-up with sub-consultant contractorsTracks the financial performance of the projectTrack and monitor project progress and report to relevant partiesCapability to mitigate delaysAbility to foresee potential issues by preparing risk assessmentsEstablish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationshipsAssures design conforms to a contractual agreement with the clientContribute to office initiatives and learning programsProject management experience in all phases of projectsKnowledge of building codes and modular constructionExtensive knowledge in at least one discipline; Structural, Electrical, Mechanical or PlumbingUnderstanding of technical regulations and related code complianceGood leadership capability and can work as a teamGood communication and management skillsComputer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite: AutoCAD and Revit are a plus
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field6+ years of experience in Industrial Commercial Construction or a combination of a degree and four years of experiencePMP Certificate is a plusExperience in Managing EPCC projects is preferredISO9001 experience is preferred: managing projects in an ISO9001-certified coExperience in ERP, Epicor is preferred
