We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to join our team and take Union, our core managed product offering, to the next level of growth. This role involves working closely with early customers (ML and Data Engineers) and our senior engineers to evolve the product into a fast, intuitive, and enterprise-ready AI development platform. We need someone who has deep empathy for the pain our products solve for our users.
In this role, you will:Own key areas of the Union platform and prioritize, plan, and innovate to drive business results forwardAdvocate for Union via blogs, community syncs, webinars, conferences, and hackathonsWork as part of a hybrid team, in a cross-functional and collaborative role spanning product, design, development, documentation, marketing, sales, and supportCollaborate across the Union leadership team as well as with Product Management and EngineeringLead frequent product discovery calls with customers to understand their needs, listen to their feedback, and distill patterns which will influence the product roadmap and feature designCoordinate project execution across feature teams, adapting to new information and sometimes changing prioritiesAbout you:
5+ years of Product Management experienceExperience working with distributed compute, data, or machine learning workloadsYou have an understanding of infrastructure concepts and tooling such as distributed systems, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP offeringsA track record of launching and iterating on products from 0-1 (at least two cycles), bonus points if you have experience launching a product that failedPrior experience as a product manager for a B2B SaaS product - identifying customer needs, prioritizing among potential options, and delivering compelling products that delight usersAbility to thrive in the dynamic environment that comes with being part of a high-growth company. That means flexibility and willingness to jump in and do whatever it takes to be successfulCrisp and clear communicator who is able to align individuals at various technical levelsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent years of professional experienceBenefits & Belonging
