The Fueling Supervisor will supervise and coordinates air carrier fueling and service operations.Ensuring the effective operation of the air carrier fueling functionIssuing written and oral instructionsEnsuring adherence to safety proceduresRecommending manpower requirementsMaintaining harmony among workers and resolving grievancesPerforming or assisting subordinates in performing dutiesEnsuring disciplinary procedures are conducted in a fair, timely, and consistent mannerUphold the company's commitment to Equal Employment OpportunityCarrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable lawsAbility to comply with attendance/tardiness standardsRequirements

Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have Fueling experience1-year certificate from a college or technical school6 months to 1-year job-related experienceValid Driver's LicensePossess/Maintain a valid Driver's License and other FAA required identification/seals or authorizationsMust be able to speak, read, and write in EnglishAbility to perform basic math calculationsMust pass a pre-employment drug testMust be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidaysWork is done indoors and outdoors.Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions with exposure to loud noisesAble to continuously lift, push, and pull up to 70 lbs.
