Manage Team to successful completion of Team objectives. Manage Team to promote the well-being of all Team Members. Always promote & strive for superior customer service, high quality standards on deliverables, and the consistent meeting of quotas.Responsibilities:Initial point of contact for all Team related mattersResponsible for management of and assistance with all/select areas below

Account management- client facing activities and servicesCompliance testing and calculations- and other related activitiesAssist client with matters of distributions, quality control & trust accounting

Maintain high level of professionalism with staff, clients & advisorsIllustrate positive attitude and invoke “Team Player” ethic in all situationsAble to work independently & exercise good judgement in decision makingOversee work flow and Team obligationsEnsure staff has necessary tools to meet all expectations of their jobsStandards enforced for quality and turnaround timesResponsible for all deadlines related to Team’s responsibilities

Confirm 5500 filings each month (and 5558s when applicable)Manage processing of Testing and Calculations to meet client deadlinesEnsure internal deadlines for projects and quotas are met

Handle/supervise all client and broker complaints to conclusionManage staff PTO requests & special work time requests to ensure coverageManage staff work times, behavior, conduct and actions to Pentegra standardsEnsure all policy/procedures are adhered toCreate Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) when an issue is identifiedTroubleshoot / problem resolution - recommend new procedures when neededAttend Client/Broker meetings as neededCompleted special projects as assignedRequirements:5+ years of experience In Retirement Plan AdministrationExperience managing others preferred (managing EEs remotely a plus)Ability to manage responsibilities up and down the reporting chainKnowledge of defined contribution plans testing and complianceExperience with Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs) preferred3(16) Fiduciary Services knowledge a plusExcellent Client Relationship, Communication and Organizational skillsProblem solving ability & ability to work in fast paced team environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook)Working knowledge of Relius compliance, FT Williams Gov forms & Salesforce a plusASPPA designations a plus or be willing to obtain designations
