Barbaricum is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA ARCHES) Program. The Senior Product Manager on the NGA AI/ML Program plays a critical role working with the government Exercise and Edge entails support R&D projects to integrate AI and ML into operational and tactical platforms or sensors, aligning with AI/ML's strategies.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the funding, development and evaluation of the various technical solutions and micro-services required to integrate AI/ML functions onto DoD platforms. Manage multiple integrators during installation events and developmental tests in furtherance of possible operational deployment. Interface with acquisition and operational stakeholders to synergize warfighter needs, augment existing CONOPs, align tech roadmaps, and deconflict platform schedules. Generate recommendations for advanced AI Development R&D efforts derived from—or required for—immediate AI/ML Edge operations. Relay government direction in support of exercise or demonstrations of AI/ML Edge capability; coordinate material and personal resourcing; document daily onsite operations and data management. Qualifications:
Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance required. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline. Requires broad knowledge of AI model development processes, ability to communicate with external and internal stakeholders and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to manage diverse teams and competing priorities. Exceptional human relations and communication (written, verbal, and listening) skills and ability to effectively communicate across disciplines and stakeholders. Diverse technical experience, including AI model development, software engineering, regulated software quality and risk management, and monitoring of deployed software. Understand working in a compliance based and regulated environment, including building, deploying, and supporting secure software throughout the AI development life cycle. Experience with data modeling and data exploration tools, including expertise in the use of scientific computing and data management packages. Experience working in a joint military environment.
